The founders of Urban BHK is an industry experts with hands-on work experience of more than 24 years in real estate. We have managed to put in place a highly organized core team consisting of deal makers, real estate marketing professionals, an expert in construction as well as PMC, the legal part, formation & registration of society as well handover – all having more than 15 years of actual real estate market experience. Apart from planning & executing strategies, Mohammed Chitsaz and Fiza Chitsaz are most focused on closing real estate transactions across all geographies.
